Okay, I know I said about relaxing more in my last entry, but I am also determined to do plenty of new activities and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. Making up for all the lost time!!! Today I went to the Forest of Dean to something called 'Go Ape' which is a high rope tree top adventure trail. As someone who isn't a great fan of heights this was definitely way out of my comfort zone! However, I was one of 3 out of initial group of 10 who completed the course and I am very proud of myself! It was very scary and although we were very securely harnessed in the whole time, I had to climb ropes, do tarzan swings and walk across innumerable thin bits of wood holding on to tiny ropes!! A psychological feat that I am proud to have achieved!
